Carly Black brings more than 21 years of experience serving mission‑driven and arts organizations through thoughtful administration and a genuine spirit of hospitality. She previously served as Director of Business Operations for the Pittsburgh Youth Chorus, where she kept the behind‑the‑scenes details running smoothly supporting finance, human resources, organizational systems, and event logistics with care and precision.

Deeply motivated by work that nurtures community and supports meaningful ministry, Carly delights in creating systems that help people and programs thrive without missing a beat. She holds a Master of Music in Opera Performance and Literature, and while her work now happens behind the red velvet stage curtain rather than center stage, she is grateful to serve First Presbyterian Church of Pittsburgh with compassionate, dependable, and people‑centered care.
